many complicated matters involved in the drafting
of your Will. Many people are unaware of the importance
of making a Will, for example if a couple are unmarried
and have children and have not provided for guardians
and transfer of assets to each other then this could
have huge repercussions in the absence of them having
made their Wills.
We provide a friendly interview with one of the
Partners who will give full advice and arrange for
the drafting of your Will to your satisfaction.
Prices for our Wills start at £100 per person,
or £150 for joint Wills, please contact us

In Probate and Intestacy matters we can advise in
the case of a bereavement. We provide a very understanding
and sensitive approach and we can assist with the
complete probate or intestacy case. Alternatively,
if required by the Executor or personal representative,
we can just advise and assist in the preparation
of the appropriate oath that is required to obtain
the grant of probate or letters of administration,
leaving if required, the other paperwork to the
Executors or personal representatives to keep costs
to a minimum.
