Probably one of the most upsetting
times is a matrimonial or civil separation involving
children and financial matters.
We provide a very understanding service and both
Mr Collins and his secretary have over 25 years
experience dealing with clients and helping them
with all of these problems. Mr Collins attends Court
on all of the Hearings unless it warrants the services
of a Barrister in which case he will ensure a full
meeting and introduction with a Barrister is arranged
before the final hearing.
We deal with other litigious matters including the
collection of debts and proceedings involving disputes
between parties.
In these difficult times we have been very much
involved in the assistance with possession hearings,
delaying possession orders for clients who are under
financial pressure.
