We are a three partner firm based in Hastings town centre. We are solicitors and support staff with many years experience in the legal field, we have friendly and approachable staff and will deal sympathetically with your problems.

We also have an office based in London to support London clients with meeting rooms that can be arranged at various addresses in London but with the main office in Trafalgar Square.


Meet the Partners

John Butters - Who has a wealth of experience of 30 years and deals with all aspects of Conveyancing but is particularly specialised in commercial transactions, including the acquisition of shops, industrial sites, public houses, setting up of companies or any other commercial matters.

He also has a considerable amount of experience in dealing with licensing applications.

David Grey - Has over 30 years experience in all aspects of the Law, from Conveyancing to matrimonial and litigation. He now specialises in house sales, purchases and re-mortgages. He also has a considerable workload in connection with leasehold matters which includes enfranchisement, extension of leases, Landlord and Tenant and enquiries over service charges, setting up of management or right to buy companies. Mr Grey also supervises the Wills department and Probate department at the Firm.

  Barry Collins - Was qualified 15 years ago and he is particularly experienced in matrimonial matters including divorce, any family law and children issues. He is also in charge of other litigious cases, collection of debts and other contested issues. He has huge experience in attending Court dealing with such matters and dealing with possession Hearings.

He is able to give particular personal attention to a case from the beginning to actual attendance at Court, where many other firms instruct barristers to attend the majority of Hearings for them. These he will deal with himself.
